RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Window: 0 days for change of mind. 2 days (48 hours) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

At PHI Maison, we carefully curate and inspect every piece before it reaches you.

No Returns for Change of Mind
This is a final sale policy for all non-defective items. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect sizing, color preference, or any reason other than product defect, damage, or an incorrect item received. Please review product descriptions, dimensions, and photos carefully before placing your order.

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items — Full Refund Guarantee
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will process a full refund at no cost to you. No partial refunds. No store credit-only options. No restocking or return-shipping fees apply.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos and/or video showing the defect, damage, or wrong item
  • Include your order number and proof of purchase

How to Request a Refund
Email sales@phi-maison.com with the subject line: "Order # [Your Order Number] — Defective/Damaged Item", or message us on WhatsApp at +961 79 454 856.

Refund Method & Timeline
Once your claim is reviewed and approved (within 2–3 business days), a full refund is issued to your original payment method:

  • OMT / Whish Money / Cash on Delivery customers: refund via OMT, Whish, or cash pickup arrangement
  • Payoneer / Card customers: refund to original payment account

Approved refunds are completed within 5–10 business days of approval.

Exceptions

  • Claims submitted after the 48-hour window are not eligible for refund
  • Sale items, gift cards, and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, our full refund guarantee still applies if these items arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • In approved defect cases, we may ask you to dispose of or donate the item locally rather than ship it back — you will never be charged return shipping

Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable Lebanese consumer protection law.
